Volibear should be G/R red is the color of lightning. I like that this guy is taking teh time to make these but he has an obsession with U and B…. Plus Volibear doesn’t have a taunt.

interesting. since this is modern, I am going to change it up just a bit. I like the fact that you are not relying on one win condition because with mill you can’t count on it.

His ability triggers off any mill not just zombie mill. so your trepanation blades, erasures, and thought scours will be that much more beneficial.

This card will at minimum make them lose 4 lands….but honestly who top decks for lands in a row…yeah exactly.
I would also try to add some draw into this deck, most likely taking out the walls and a trep blade for something like remand or telling time.

Kayle has been my champ as of late. I stumbled on this, and while i personally use her Judgement skin; I love her all the same.
Well I think it comes as a great headway into the Return to Ravnica. Typically in a duel deck we have seen in the past cards from a future expansion and that card is a common.
I believe that Niv will be the izzet rare in his original version.
I believe that the Gorgons will be the Golgari rare, even though they did technically story wise die.
I could see the previews for the next block being something like:
Mizzets’s broodling (a smaller dragon which will feature one of the block mechanics.)
And maybe something like Jarrod’s Kudzu, which has reach and also a block mechanic.
They like to keep the decks as even as possible so the preview won’t be an untested bomb.
None the less i think they will be exciting decks!

She is a force, no doubt. When she hits the field she will be tough to kill and tough to be on the opposite side of. The problem with her is that mana cost. if she dies once she goes from 7 to 9 mana. So I would personally add her to the Stoutarm smashers but not give her the QB position.
plus if she is in the grave as opposed to the side. you can res her back easier with those types of effects.
